We design, build and maintain web applications for business clients under written service agreements. Our work covers development, deployment, ongoing maintenance and technical advisory. It is delivered remotely and billed as professional fees.

Ongoing maintenance and support
Continuous maintenance of applications we have built: corrections, adjustments, feature updates, database administration and technical support, under a monthly support agreement.
Technical advisory
Architecture, data and process advisory for business owners who are planning or operating a software product. Delivered remotely, by the hour or by engagement.
Who we work with
Our clients are registered companies. We do not sell products or services to consumers and we do not sell physical goods. We do not collect or process payments on behalf of our clients. Every invoice we issue is for our own professional services, in our own name.
How work is delivered
Everything is delivered electronically. Software is deployed to infrastructure the client owns or controls. Source files, documentation and access credentials are handed over at delivery. There is no physical shipment and no inventory.
Pricing
All prices are in US dollars (USD). Each engagement is quoted in writing before work begins. The figures below are our standard reference rates.

Invoices are payable by card or bank transfer within 15 days of issue. Payments are processed by Stripe. The charge appears on statements as NATURAL COLORS.
Policies
Cancellation and refund policy
Maintenance and support retainers may be cancelled by either party with 30 days' written notice. The month in progress is not refunded. No further months are charged after the notice period ends.
Development projects are invoiced by milestone. A milestone that has been delivered and accepted by the client is not refundable. If a delivered milestone does not meet the agreed specification, we correct it at no additional cost. If it cannot be corrected, the amount paid for that milestone is refunded in full.
Advisory hours are invoiced after they are worked and are not refundable. Scheduled sessions may be rescheduled with 24 hours' notice at no cost.
Refunds, where due, are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Terms of service
Every engagement is governed by a written service agreement signed by both parties. The agreement sets out scope, deliverables, schedule, fees and acceptance criteria. Unless the agreement states otherwise, the client owns the deliverables upon full payment, and we retain the right to reuse general know-how, tools and code that is not specific to the client. Both parties keep each other's business information confidential. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the engagement in question. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
Privacy policy
We collect only the information needed to quote, deliver and invoice our services: business contact details, project information and billing details. Card payments are handled by Stripe, and we do not store card numbers. We do not sell or share client information with third parties, except for the service providers needed to deliver and bill the work (hosting, payment processing and e-mail). Clients may request a copy or deletion of their information at any time by writing to the address below.

Natural Colors of Hospitality LLC is a California limited liability company founded in 2019 and based in Rancho Cordova, California. It is owned and operated by Milton C. Alencar, who brings twenty years of hospitality operations to the software he builds for businesses. The company also publishes under the Signum Salis imprint.
